About the RoleAs a Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor, you will oversee a group of talented SLPs, ensuring high-quality care for our pediatric clients, while also providing hands-on therapy services. Your leadership will shape the growth and success of our speech therapy team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to SLP team members.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services for a wide range of speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with other therapy team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training for team growth.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid DORA license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's).
- 2+ years of experience as an SLP (with leadership experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Availability to work after school hours.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year for the SLP Supervisor role + 2K sign on bonus and additional quick start/relocation bonus available. Our salary structure ensures stability, even in the event of cancellations or sick days.
