The Opportunity We’re seeking a financial advisor with a minimum of 3 years of wealth management experience. If you can bring client assets with you, it is not a requirement In return, you’ll be entrusted with client assets right from the start—no need to buy in or earn it over time. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your clients, backed by our strong support system that handles overhead, marketing, investments, and back-office tasks. Role & Responsibilities Client Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships by understanding clients' financial goals and providing personalized advice. Tailored Financial Advice : Offer informed, customized advice using your deep knowledge of financial products and market trends. Collaborative Planning : Work closely with our team to develop comprehensive financial plans that address all aspects of clients' financial lives. Proactive Communication : Maintain regular, clear communication with clients to ensure their confidence in their financial strategies. Compliance and Integrity : Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, ensuring full compliance with all regulations. Client Retention and Growth : Retain up to 95% of clients annually by delivering exceptional service, while also actively growing your client base. What We’re Looking For Experience and Expertise : 3+ years of experience in wealth management, with a proven ability to attract and retain clients. Client-First Mentality : A dedication to helping clients achieve their financial goals. Commitment to Growth : A continuous learner who stays informed about industry developments and is committed to personal and professional growth. Compensation and Benefits Competitive Compensation : Starting at $120K+ annually, depending on the assets under management you might bring.
