We're in search of a passionate Marketing Manager to optimize brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all marketing channels.

This is an in-office/on-site role.

Company Overview: Danger Hart Hospitality cultivates lively environments for patrons to socialize and indulge in unforgettable experiences. With a strong emphasis on customer safety, we offer a diverse range of venues that cater to various preferences.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation: Craft engaging content across written, visual, and social media platforms. Design compelling graphics for print and social media. Manage editorial calendars.

Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence, develop content calendars, and actively engage with the audience.

Paid Marketing: Develop budgets and effectively plan paid advertising campaigns across social media channels.

Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms. Analyze results to ensure continuous improvement.

Website Management: Maintain the website with current events and information.

Event Marketing: Develop creative event concepts, manage event listings on relevant platforms, and promote events to drive attendance.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials (including website) consistently reflect our brand identity.

Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital strategies. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Expertise in social media marketing and paid advertising. Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management. Strong analytical and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
