Our company is a local private practice that provides speech, occupational and feeding therapy to children in a clinic-based setting. We place a special emphasis on creating a supportive environment for clinicians to help them engage in continuous learning and growth (interpersonally and professionally) that will allow them to treat patients confidently and effectively.
As a Pediatric SLP in Talking Tadpoles you will have the opportunity to work in a clinic setting with all the advantages of being led by a therapist-focused team that values empathy, collaboration and personal growth.
You will have the benefit of weekly individual meetings with a lead who understands the wins and challenges you face each day. You are able to focus on aspects of being a therapist that you love: working with children and collaborating with other like-minded professionals while we provide support each step of the way. Internally, we have specialty programs to help clinicians grow their skills in advanced areas of the field including, AAC and feeding. We promote internally into clinical and operational leadership roles and are committed to developing the skills of team members to create pathways to management or leadership.
