The Community Relations Director is responsible for:
  • Meet or exceed communities' occupancy goals.
  • Respond to prospective residents and family members through multiple avenues to close.
  • Ensure that all sales and marketing department standards and benchmarks are being met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales/marketing plans for the community. This includes resident referrals, community outreach and events.
  • Maintain the sales tracking system for the community and keeping the General Manager and the Director of Sales informed of trends
A successful candidate will bring:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related field
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to run a sales department. A proven track record of sales success.
  • The ability to sell the community to prospective residents.
  • An approach to the sales process as a listener first, with the ability to build trust, establish rapport, and problem solve.
  • 3 years of proven sales experience.
