This is a Forward-thinking company where truly "the sky is the limit" - lots of room to move around (laterally, vertically etc.).Multiple locations across the globe with a wide open and supportive executive leadership team.
Requirements
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Minimum 4 years accounting/finance experience at a senior level with leadership responsibilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (D365) ERP is a must have.
- Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Ability and desire to lead, build and coach a fantastic accounting team of 10+.
- On-site daily in Vernon, CA. Willing to relocate for future leadership opportunities.
- Salary range depending on experience of $115K to $135K a year plus great annual bonus
- Full-time with full Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO and 401K Benefits
