As JJ Kane Auctions continues a nationwide growth strategy continues; we are opening a position for a Customer Solution Manager (Auction Manager). The ideal candidate will provide meaningful impact to the business by helping us remain in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Position will be in one of the following cities: Jurupa Valley or Dixon, CA, Salt Lake City, UT or Portland, OR. However, we will consider other locations in our western region.

This position will allow you to combine your people skills with your ability to help identify and help minimize liabilities.

Major Responsibilities:

Supervises the daily activities of our Customer Solution Team (Customer Service and Auction Sales Coordinator Team) - to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved.

Prepare and update communication and training for compliance requirements.Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure the business remains in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.Recommends or manages the staffing process, such as scheduling and hiring to ensure levels are sufficient; holds associates accountable for work quality, performance and manage through developing and communicating excellent standards of service.Monitor and recommend staffing levels to manager, interview and assess candidates.Receive, answer, distribute and organize customer inquiries.Create and Manage teams Objective and Key Results (OKR’s) Assist and makes recommendations concerning Associate Career development.Address and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.Directs the compliance of staff with administrative policies and procedures.Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships.Leads team in the promotion of all aspects of JJ Kane with new and existing customers and proactively develops JJ Kane opportunities.Supports and establishes effective workflow processes and systems to ensure continued improvement, growth and customer satisfaction within the organization; Manages other processes within their group.Effectively represents Team Altec; Communicates any customer needs/requests outside JJ Kane’s scope to the appropriate Altec entity.Travel Required up to 15% - 35%All other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $74,000 to $90,000

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum five years related experience.Ability to manage direct reports in multi-state areas.Process development and optimization experience preferred. Current valid driver’s licensePC skills using spreadsheets, word processing and other office management applications required.Mechanical aptitude, product or industry knowledge required. Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision.ALTEC VALUES
