This role involves the strategic development of campaign initiatives, their execution, and comprehensive analysis to optimize campaign performance. This position also analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to create innovative design solutions and effectively position pricing.Location Requirement: This position is based in Phoenix, AZ and requires 4 days onsite per week. There is no remote option for this role.Key Result Areas (KRAs)Develop and execute impactful brand marketing campaigns designed to increase brand recognition and loyaltyCreate comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives and target audiencePlan, coordinate, and execute brand marketing campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure they are executed effectively and aligned with brand guidelinesDevelop compelling and consistent brand messaging that resonates with target audience and communicates the brand's valuePartner with Brand Managers to ensure marketing activities are aligned with sales goals, and monitor campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and tacticsCollaborate with brand managers to understand sales goals and objectives and participate in discussions to create cohesive strategyIdentify areas of improvement and propose recommendations to enhance brand campaign performance to better align with sales goalsConduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and inform on marketing strategies that will align with sales goalsEvaluate brand marketing campaigns and initiatives to leverage data driven insights to improve performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance including customer engagement, conversion rates and ROI to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and initiativesPrepare reports to summarize performance of campaigns to present findings and recommendations to brand managersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improvement to enhance campaign effectivenessStay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging trends in brand marketing and data analysis to drive innovation and improve campaign performanceOther duties as assignedJob QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar, or 4 years of related experience, required3 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing or similar, requiredExperience in leading introduction of new products to market, from concept/ideation to executionProven ability to manage multiple projects and competing timelinesComfortable with data analytics/weaving disparate data sources into a narrativeAble to collaborate fluidly with cross functional partners to deliver resultsPossesses business and customer curiosity; strong desire to learn and growStrong attention to detailHistory of working with consumer insights and market research (1st and 3rd party)Location Requirement:This position is located in Phoenix, AZ.SkillsBrand managementStrategic thinkingIntegrated marketing campaign developmentCollaborationData analyticsMarket researchBusiness curiosityDetail orientationCommunicationPhysical RequirementsOccasionally move or lift office itemsMust be able to work in an office environmentMust be able to communicate in an effective manner to perform job dutiesVision must be good or corrected in order to perform essential job dutiesHearing must be good or corrected in order to have the ability to understand information to perform essential job dutiesAbility to read and write in English in order to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessaryConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculators, copy machines, computers, and office equipmentCompensation:DOEIf you like wild growth and working in a unique and fun environment, surrounded by positive community, you'll enjoy your career with us
