Employee Relations Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Manage various Employee Relations tasks, such as providing support to employees, offering advice, and conducting investigations into issues
  • Conduct employee background checks
  • Stay updated on labor and union affairs to cultivate positive labor relations
  • Provide guidance on sensitive labor and employee relations matters, including procedures for grievances and arbitration, handling performance concerns, and executing disciplinary actions
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns
Employee Relations Specialist Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, specifically in employee relation
  • Proficiency in conducting sexual harassment investigations
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with utmost discretion
