Business Analyst

What does a successful Business Analyst at Fiserv do?

You will analyze Fiserv clients’ business needs and translate them into business requirements for our SMB Leasing and Lending applications (Odessa).

What You Will Do

You will be supporting the enhancement of our Lease Accounting System (Odessa) and other leasing applications. You will support the team of designers, developers, and testers through all phases of the SDLC to see requirements through to completion. You will support the development, efficiencies, automation, business introduction and commercialization of Fiserv products. You will act as the voice of the client when working with internal teams to translate the customer’s functional questions.

What You Should Have

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science or relevant major. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working in the software development arena. Background knowledge of the Odessa application or Leasing and Billing applications to support the business and development activities. Experience with software requirements gathering documenting and the design process in the financial services domain. Experience writing test cases, interacting with clients, and building relationships. Experience scripting basic queries using SQL.

What Would Be Nice To Have

Experience with leasing and financial assets Knowledge of JIRA and Agile Methodology environments

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
