Delivery Enterprise Architect , you will be responsible for engaging in post-delivery meetings with Customers to discuss future-state solutions and proactively communicate future sales opportunities with Sales, co-lead steering committee/delivery governance with delivery Program Manager and provide escalations guidance on triaging critical issues and decisions. You will: Accountable for overall architecture, operating model, and alignment of the technology to business objectives of the customer Proactively communicate and build strong credibility with the customer to become a trusted advisor and go-to technical counsel while collaborating with delivery PM, sales, and broader delivery team Understand customer business requirements and define future-state roadmap, design end-to-end solution and provide technical oversight through delivery execution Align broader delivery team with customer expectations/outcomes and provide iterative technical thought leadership on execution to ensure customer outcomes are achieved as defined in SOW Conduct and engage in design reviews internally and with customer stakeholders and present LOE and SOW and final deliverables to customer c-suite executives Provide escalations POC guidance on triaging critical issues and decisions Co-lead Steering Committee/delivery governance with delivery Program Manager Engage in post-delivery meetings with Customer to discuss future-state solutions and proactively communicate future sales opportunities with Sales Essential Requirements 10+ years of experience as a Cloud/IT architect, Technology Consultant or as a CTO for a global organization leading Digital or IT transformations, service management, or service-oriented orgs Strong C-suite presence with excellent business acumen, oral and written communication skills Strong expertise in Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud strategy, design, and execution is required with a sound understanding of Virtualization, XaaS, DevOps, Cloud-native technologies Experience or familiarity in large-scale automation (e.g. vRealize, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Razor, Hamlin) and concepts of continuous integration and delivery Considerable experience in developing IT roadmaps, maturity assessments, and Cloud solutions Desirable Requirements Experience in pre-sales or Sales is a plus but not required A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required, a business background is a plus Dell Technologies is a unique family of businesses that helps organizations and individuals build their digital future and transform how they work, live, and play, providing customers with the industry's broadest and most innovative technology and services portfolio.
