In our FP&A department within Commercial Pharma at the Wiesbaden site, you will be working in a team of talented people and experienced management experts. Through valuable analyses and research efforts, you will be laying down benchmarks and shaping the future of our brand. Together, we break through – as FP&A Consolidation Manager (all genders) Make your mark: Coordination of a team of 2-3 including recruiting, goal setting, coaching, development, feedback, performance review, and administrative (e.g. holidays, sickness leaves) as well as on- or offboarding activities Interpreting financial results and recommending options Measuring financial performance of the commercial organization and assuring timely and accurate input for month-end reporting and monthly forecasts Leading Consolidation Activities for ABV Commercial Pharma Business during Month End Close, LBE, Update, Plan, and LRP cycles which includes creation of financial reports and system preparation in close alignment with Brand Finance Taking responsibility in cross-functional teams by supporting them with their budgetary and other finance-related needs with exposure to Affiliate leadership members Contributing to Affiliate-wide financial processes and partnering with other finance departments Playing an active role in project management of upcoming AREA initiatives in regard to systems and/or process changes (e.g. migration/integration of new consolidation system – visualization systems, etc.) Enhancing existing reporting structure and implementing new ideas Providing Ad-Hoc Analysis on financial results and advising on the financial impact/implications of decision(s) Complying with the company’s policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality, and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives of AbbVie

Qualifikationen
