**RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Event Coordinator:**

* Coordinate event management and logistics for webinars and virtual events.

* Complete Reporting Dashboards in support of marketing team members projects to measure and report on the success of their programs.

* Create processes and procedures then documenting them for activities related to supporting virtual events.

* Host coordination meetings as needed, including managing the virtual meetings features such as screen sharing, recording, polling, breakout rooms, muting, etc.

* Host prep calls with the customer and guest speakers to ensure their audio, video, Internet, etc. meet specifications and advising them on how to optimize their presentation experience.

* Providing post-event support including, attendance reports, edit recordings, etc.

* Build strong working relationship with other divisions (Consumer, Networks, Display, etc.) to identify areas of cooperation.

* Work with internal creative teams, agencies, and platforms to deliver content.

* Plan and manage programs, on time, on budget, to scope.

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR Event Coordinator:**

* 2-5 years of experience managing virtual events and webinars.

* A degree is not required.

* Experience working on projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating schedules.

* Track record of driving and piloting new ideas, measuring the impact and iterating

* Ability to manage and influence across highly cross-functional teams including sales, customer support, PR, social and marketing

* 2+ years of experience with Event Management and Webinar applications

* Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills

* Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

* Works well independently and as part of team

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Adapts well to a fast-paced environment
