Sr HR Business Partner - Sales & Commercial Ops
We are seeking a Sr HR Business Partner who thrives in an environment where Sales is a driving force. To be successful you will need the technical skills required of an HR Business Partner with a keen understanding of the Sales mindset. This includes the ability to be flexible while still adhering to policies, influencing without compromising integrity, and developing leaders who can navigate the dynamic landscape of Sales. In this role you will support our Clinical Sales group, you will execute the HR Roadmap to engage our workforce and positively impact public health. You will work closely with the Clinical Operations Sales Leadership Team to make decisions that promote team and business development, while ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, talent management, and development, and a track record of building strong relationships through transparency, trust, and empathy.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR solutions, recruiting and retaining high-caliber talent, and driving employee engagement. Additionally, you will coach and develop key leaders, ensure compliance with policies and practices, and work cross-functionally with colleagues in HR Operations, Finance, Benefits, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business strategy and change management, as well as experience in developing HR policies and programs. To Be Successful You Need
·
6+ years of experience in human resources with increasing responsibility driving business outcomes with strong organizational development skills, knowledge, and tools.
·
At least 2+ years at an HRBP level with experience supporting Sales and field-based employees.
·
HR certification highly preferred (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent)
What Makes You Stand Out:

You have HR experience in medical device/biotech or healthcare environment.

You have a degree in Human Resources Management.
