Description

The primary duties of the Client Services Coordinator are to schedule appointments for installations, and promptly answer the phone to assist with general client inquiries. Assistance with showroom walk-ins may be needed. At the time of installation scheduling, you will collect client balances and request reviews. Throughout the day, assistance with receiving and putting away deliveries is also a key responsibility for this position.

Responsibilities

•Maintain installation schedule with efficient drive times
•Answer phone calls from customers and triage their inquiries, serve as backup to the primary scheduler for design consultations
•Collect balance payments, run reports on outstanding accounts for collections, and maintain customer accounts
•Greet and consult with prospective clients that enter showroom
•Upkeep showroom cleanliness, reset product as needed to show ready
•Installation team support as needed, prepare paperwork for their jobs
•Follow-up installation with a thank you and review request
•Filing

Qualifications

•Microsoft Office, G-suite, CRM experience
•Clean and professional appearance, we are focused on modern interior design and consider ourselves "upscale casual"
•5+ years of administrative experience, scheduling is a bonus
•Must be dependable, detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to multitask
