Benefits Coordinator (Contract) Overview
Hybrid : 3 Days Onsite NYC
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay: 35-48/hr

The Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the administration and communication of benefit programs and ensuring effective administration of all health & welfare processes. The Benefit Coordinator will support vendor management processes and work with 3 rd parties.

Benefits Coordinator Responsibilities:
Supports Benefits Manager with administration of overall US Benefits programs
Compile and generates various benefits information reports
Analyze data and implementation of new plans and changes
Partner closely with HRIS administration team
Revise and reissue all communications material on benefits as needed
Lead global wellness campaign initiatives and communications
Support other benefits projects (as needed)
Update policy and procedural documents and forms and ensures compliant distribution processes are met
Assure processes and procedures are in place to gather and maintain consistent and accurate benefit related data
Coordinate the auditing of benefit plan invoices and programming

Benefits Coordinator Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience with benefits administration
Ability to interact with employees across all levels and functions within the organization
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Microsoft Office
