**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans
+ Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
+ Facilitate PI Planning, PI retrospectives, System / Solution Demos, ART sync or Solution Train Sync within a multi-contractor federal portfolio
+ Coach Executive leadership, Product Owners and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets, clarifying roles and responsibilities and offering motivation and support, as necessary
+ Escalate and track impediments
+ Facilitate collaboration, negotiation, and mediation according to SAFe Agile principles
+ Establish a constructive working relationship with the Product Owners/managers, Development team, Stakeholders and Sponsors
+ Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train, and help them improve.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ 2+ years as a release train engineer leading scrum of scrum/team of teams/PI planning/etc
+ Scrum Master background
+ Hands on SAFe experience
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required, SAFe 5.x RTE highly preferred
+ Bachelors degree in information technology, business management or related field
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience of managing agile delivery teams (or 10 years of experience with no degree)
+ Ability to pass Public Trust / MBI background investigation
**Estimated Salary/Wage**
USD $165,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $175,000.00/Yr.
