* Hybrid position - 2 days in-office/3 days remote (office located in Solon, OH)

*Job Description:*

* Interact with customers and clients to request or provide insurance documents, proof of insurance, collect payment information and conduct follow-up.

* Provide customers with product and service information.

* Process insurance documents and claims.

* Strive for each call to be a "one call resolution" to the issue at hand.

* Respond to letters/calls pertaining to missing information.

* Will be speaking with insurance agents and carriers

*Qualifications:*

* 1-3+ recent years of call center or retail customer service experience

* Excellent written/verbal communication skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Reliable/able to work in office 2 days/week
