OVERVIEW

OneDigital is one of the largest independent retirement plan advisors in the United States. OneDigital's New England retirement plan advisory team (formerly TimeScale Financial) has continued to experience above-average growth. As a result, we are seeking to add a Vice President, Retirement Plan Consultant to support our institutional clients as their strategic relationship manager and ensure optimal management of their retirement plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as ongoing advisor and quarterback to approximately 60 Plan Sponsor relationships.
  • Act as Strategic Thought Partner on all aspects of the Plans.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to deliver an optimal plan and excellent client experience.
  • Ensure all aspects of the relationship are being met (compliance, communication, administration, participant education).
  • Proactively seek to solve problems and enhance outcomes by offering cross-enterprise solutions to generate and close new business opportunities.
  • Champion local marketing efforts and strategic educational initiatives as appropriate.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to lead and manage both small and large corporate relationships with a high degree of personal accountability.
  • Demonstrated comfort with C-suite executives.
  • 7-10 years of sales and relationship management experience within retirement/401(k) industry.
  • Track record of success in exceeding customer expectations.
  • Effective listening and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail; ability to manage and re-prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of 401(k) marketplace.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce and FI360 a plus.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.
  • Series 65 or 66.
  • C(k)P, QKA, or CPFA industry designation a plus.
HOURS & WORK SCHEDULE
  • Employee Type: Full-time; Hybrid.
  • Hours: 40 hours on average per week.
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
  • In office Tuesday and Wednesdays. May be required to be in office or onsite at a client any day Monday - Friday.
