Danvers, United States Gienapp Architects Full time

At Gienapp Architects, we believe in excellent design driven by creative problem-solving. Come join our dynamic, collaborative team based in downtown Danvers, MA

Our office remains at the cutting edge of technology, with all architectural staff having a four-monitor setup using high-performance computers and the latest architectural software (including Lumion, Twin Motion, Revit, and the Adobe suite). We also offer ARE study materials and support for those looking to become licensed.

Our open office environment encourages collaboration, and the diverse array of our staff’s backgrounds enables our design excellence. Every staff member gets a chance to work with everyone else, and this “cross-pollination” allows for greater growth of the whole team, as well as individual staff members.

We believe in a holistic approach to projects, and our staff have the opportunity to follow a project from start to finish—not just getting pigeonholed into doing the same thing over and over again.. This position is a great opportunity for career growth, as you engage with all aspects of a given project.

We work on a variety of project types, including commercial, municipal, and multifamily residential. Our projects are unique, never cookie-cutter, and offer the opportunity to be involved in many different types of design.
