Job Captain Responsibilities
- Coordinate and take responsibility for multiple projects
- Work closely with project managers and designers
- Keep track of project schedules, budgets, and directories
- Act as point of contact between owners, contractors, and sub-consultants
- Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working closely with architects
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience on project teams
- Familiarity with Massachusetts public bidding a plus
- Strong technical skills
- Experience with Revit
- Ability to work independently
- Architect license in MA preferred but not required

Education
- Professional degree (Bachelors’ of Architecture or Masters’ of Architecture) required
