We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARYThe role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to promote Elizabethtown Sports Park as a premier sports, activities, and special events location. In addition, they will assist in developing and maintaining the Elizabethtown brand. The execution of responsibilities will be accomplished by working closely with ESP leadership, community stakeholders, event providers/vendors, and promoting the primary revenue streams through effective marketing and advertising efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement a marketing campaign plan, including digital, print, grassroots, storytelling, and more. They will be evaluated based on KPIs around strategies and execution of marketing campaign. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Crafting and executing the annual marketing planIdentifying and developing strategic initiatives Capturing content to highlight the story of the Elizabethtown Sports Park and Ripken Experience ElizabethtownManaging social media business accounts including regular posting, management of content calendar, and customer engagementManaging and updating company website(s)Overseeing email database(s) distributionPreparing and presenting regular reporting on marketing strategy and resultsParticipating and assisting the planning and implementation of events, tournaments, and rentalsAll other duties assigned by managementTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:2-3 years of experience working with social media, content creation, website management and/or email marketingAbility to capture digital content and a creative eye for detailProven success in storytelling and brand developmentAction-oriented personality and ability to manage multiple projectsEstablished ability to deliver on KPIsExperience in youth and amateur sports is a plusMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar positionAbility to develop and manage content creationSkilled in managing business accounts on a variety of social media platformsExperience in email database managementKnowledge in Adobe Creative SuiteUnderstanding of website managementMust have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsMust be a team player and deadline-drivenMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours)WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to lift 30 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise
