We are looking for an HR Coordinator who will support various human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures. This role will involve assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
Support performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative assistance as needed.
Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and documenting outcomes.
Coordinate employee recognition programs and events to foster a positive work culture.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
