Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative assistance as needed.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and documenting outcomes.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and events to foster a positive work culture.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
