Position Overview:
Do you have a love for animals and a talent for customer service? We're seeking a friendly Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our clinic. In this essential role, you'll create positive experiences for our clients and their pets from start to finish.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Client Interaction: Provide friendly, quality care by warmly greeting clients, answering phones, and handling inquiries.
- Appointment Management: Schedule appointments, organize the clinic's calendar, and obtain necessary medical history.
- Patient Care Coordination: Communicate with doctors and technical staff regarding patient arrivals and required treatments, including determining immunization and test statuses.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process invoices and manage financial transactions.
- Prescription Fulfillment: Fill prescriptions and fulfill food and product requests as instructed by a veterinarian.
- Data Entry: Input patient data accurately into the clinic's software system.
- Inventory Management: Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
