An Operations Business Analyst, supporting the LCE Ops Team. This is a full-time position helping manage the tactical and strategic delivery of aerospace related parts. The position comes with full benefits. The work will be performed from the Belcan Office in Windsor, CT. Over time, there may be a possibility to work one day per week at home.
Job Duties:
* The tasks involved in this effort would include the following. * Support efforts to achieve ramp rate readiness *Analyzing, report & present program process goals including Yield, On Time Delivery, Overdue Sales, Current Overdue, Projected Overdue and other* Support efforts to track burn down or build up of inventory* Support internal and external customer reviews* Prepare presentation material as well as represent Collins at formal reviews if necessary* Complete program data analytics, pro program delivery health assessment, program risk mitigation/escalation, program demand & rate planning *Support Program Meetings *The successful candidates must have a very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint *
Required:
* A minimum of an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
* A minimum of 2 years of analysis experience, preferably in Supply Chain
* A strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point
* Due to the nature of the work being performed, US citizenship is required.
Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary of $52,000 to $72,800 however Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.'
