Client Service Administrator

Job Description
Moneta is actively hiring a part-time Client Service Administrator to support client team operations by providing overall assistance to Partners and team members on various tasks and projects. Learn to enhance processes, identify efficiencies, and take initiative within the team. We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and flexible individuals who enjoy a small team environment to thrive in the Client Service Administrator role.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage weekly client meeting schedules
- Support Client Service Managers and Advisors in preparation for client review meetings
- Help coordinate client paperwork
- Handle mail for clients and teams
- Reconcile monthly expense reports
- Marketing and branding assistance as needed
- Maintain and organize client files
- Scheduling support and coordination for team and partners
Qualifications:
Qualifications
As a Client Service Administrator , you will work alongside the team Partners, Advisors, and Client Service Managers on a wide range of projects focused on clients' needs. Qualities that will help you flourish in this role include organization, flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. In everything we do, we focus on our clients and their needs to deliver the best possible experience.
Additionally, the following list of qualifications are preferred:
- 2-3 years of work experience
- This is a part-time, non-exempt position
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Additional Information
- Compensation is $20.00 per hour
- Estimated 30 hours or less per week
- This is a part-time, non-exempt, in-office position
