**General Description** : , an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced **Service Manager** to join our **Denver Branch****Tolin Mechanical** . We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below. **Company Overview:**

Service Logic is the nations largest independent HVAC service company with over $1B in annual sales and 3,400 employees. The strategy of Service Logic is to identify and acquire quality local HVAC service companies and accelerate the organic growth of recent acquisitions as well as the base businesses by focusing on increasing the maintenance contract base.

Tolin Mechanical Systems Company (Tolin) was the first HVAC company acquired by Service Logic in 2004. Tolin was originally established in 1948 in Denver, Colorado and including Denver also has 3 other offices in Colorado [Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Silverthorne], 2 offices in Arizona [Phoenix, Tucson] and an office in the Mid-Atlantic region. Tolins annual sales exceed $70 million and Tolin has approximately 285 employees.

Tolin is proud of the customer-centric team we have built over the years, made up of the most talented engineers, HVAC technicians, sales professionals, operations personnel and our highly qualified financial and administrative team. We provide centralized corporate services to all locations from our corporate headquarters in Denver, CO.

Our **Service Managers** lead passionate teams to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting client needs and commitments. They are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned maintenance and project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention. They also see that work performed are in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operate on the job with the highest of ethics. Adhering to all company safety standards, as well as, following consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes is important for success in this role.

Service managers also manage the financial health of their business unit by maintaining an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results.

**Responsibilities for Service manager**

* Project management, scheduling, and asset management

* Management of costs, billings, and collections

* Maintenance of profitability goals and positive cash flow

* Evaluate contractual scope of work

* Analyze financial reports and proactively address issues effectively

* Performs cost estimates and supports sales on proposals and negotiations

* Manage and mitigate financial risks

**Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications** :

* Associates degree, technical focus preferred.

* At least 3 years service management experience in facilities, HVAC, or energy/sustainability services.

* Experience with business to business sales preferred

* Knowledge of the business environment in the Denver region

* Excellent logistics, communication, relationship and management skills.

* Professional image

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Over 18 years of age

* High School diploma or GED

* Strong written and verbal English skills

* Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing

**Compensation & Benefits:**

Average Starting Salary: $70K-$90K + Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of maintenance agreement profitability). Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
