Senior Sales Quotes Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Quotes Manager to oversee the creation, management, and optimization of sales quotes and proposals. The Sales Quotes Manager will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness in our sales quoting process. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with sales, finance, and other departments.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a standardized process for creating, reviewing, and approving sales quotes and proposals. Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and objectives for each opportunity. Create and customize sales quotes and proposals based on customer needs, product specifications, and pricing guidelines. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales quotes, including pricing, discounts, terms, and conditions. Review and validate sales quotes to ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations. Coordinate with finance and legal departments to address any pricing, contractual, or compliance issues in sales quotes. Manage the approval process for sales quotes, including obtaining necessary approvals from sales managers, executives, or other stakeholders. Track and monitor the status of all sales quotes throughout the sales cycle, from creation to closure. Provide timely updates and support to sales representatives regarding the status and progress of their quotes. Analyze sales quote data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process. Develop and implement strategies to streamline and automate the sales quoting process to improve efficiency and scalability. Train and support sales team members on sales quoting processes, tools, and best practices. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Proven experience of 5+ years in sales operations, quoting management, or related roles, preferably in a technology or B2B environment. Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and contract management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and other sales and quoting tools. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly.
