We operate in the customer service and customer consulting space and are experiencing tremendous growth as things return to normal. We need remote customer service representatives and remote sales representatives. We do not cold call. We have substantial inbound lead flow due to the demand of our services.

Below is a brief summary of what we are looking for:

-No cold calling.

-Customer calls are scheduled in advance.

-Speak with potential client(s), at scheduled time, and discuss their needs and how our various solutions can help them.

-Build rapport with customer and gain trust to be able to accurately diagnose needs.

-Have access to a quiet place to work and execute calls with customers.

-Need reliable phone and internet.

-Must be self-disciplined must be available at scheduled call time(s).

-Positive attitude.

-Must have a desire to help other find the right solution to their problem.
