Job Title: Commercial Site Administrator

Location: Roscoe, TX

Start Date: May 1st, 2024.

Pay Rate: $50-$62/HR

Responsibility Tasks
  • Support the CPM in ensuring books and records are at any time representing a true and fair picture of the project financials (actuals and forecasts)
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external rules, laws, standards and guidelines, particularly ECC and Tax
  • Support the Site Manager in the management of financial matters on site
  • Manage together with the Site Manager all site related matters of customer and supplier contracts
  • Ensure successful claim documentation and resolution
  • Ensure lessons learnt are being made
  • Optimize site related assets (Tools, TEQ, Spares, etc.)
  • Participate in Project Team Meetings
  • Regularly analyze Site Budget together with CPM, update Forecasts and explain differences
  • Give input in updating the R&O Log
  • Perform compliance checks for site related transactions
  • Identify and evaluate disputes, claims and variation orders and support in the documentation of such
  • Be involved in the approval process for site related PO's, keep record and analyze impact on projects budget
  • Ensure Delivery Status meets Costs Progression
