What You'll Do

Build and maintain relationships with distributors

Coach regional sales team members on performance of business targets

Identify, lead, and develop talent to maximize individual, team and organizational effectiveness

Develop communication and territory management skills throughout regional sales team

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

2+ years of leading and training sales reps

7+ years of territory sales experience

Strong presentation skills

Valid driver's license

Ability to travel 50%
