TheMarketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Marketing team with emailmarketing, online reputation management, social media and campaign reporting. Thisrole helps plan, implement and report on marketing campaigns across multiplechannels (email, social, website, online banking platform, etc), and focuses onoptimizing campaigns to grow member engagement and improve campaignperformance. Responsible andAccountable for: Setting up email campaigns including audience/list uploading, triggered events workflows, testing for quality assurance, automated/scheduled deployment, monitoring, and data analysis Gathering and analyzing website traffic, online behaviors, sources, funnels and conversion rates Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to plan, create and maintain the monthly social content calendar Monitoring online reputation and social media platforms and responding appropriately. Escalating conversations, as needed Providing core organizational and project management services for the development of new marketing automation channels, like SMS and working on related digital marketing programs Monitoring digital marketing trends, industry news, and competitors Compiling presentations and reports Processing marketing invoices onrelated projects and maintaining records of marketing spend within themarketing budget Supporting marketing and corporate events, as needed Remaining adaptable to support theneeds our team and the credit union Knowledge, Skills andAbilities: Experience with email marketing platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc) Strong analyticalskills Outstanding organizational skills,attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively Collaborative problem solver Deadline driven team player with ability to prioritize Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing Solid computerskills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications Ability to work independently with a high degreeaccuracy and attention to detail Strong understanding of Google Analytics Education andExperience: Experience: 3+ years of progressively more responsible job-relatedexperience in email marketing Experience with Marketo, a plus Chartway offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
