We are seeking an experienced

Channel Marketing Manager

to join our Outdoor Performance Marketing Platform team. The Outdoor Performance Marketing Platform priorities are to be consumer-first, to lead with our power brands, and to invest in the portfolio. Our marketing team will create consumer demand through smart brand & product promotion, best in class content & creative services, insight-driven shopper experiences, and focused channel activation. As the Channel Marketing Manager you will be a highly collaborative liaison between Brand Marketing, Product Development, Sales and Customers; integrating marketing and trade initiatives to ensure a cohesive plan execution with consistent and meaningful communication. In this role, you will be holistically focused on the marketplace for your assigned brands. This position reports to the

Director of Channel/Shopper Marketing

and can be based in

Logan, UT

or

Bozeman, MT As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to: Assist in developing and presenting business-building plans and programs to our channel partners to drive conversions at retail and foster brand growth. Uses markets, shopper/end-user, and channel knowledge to present plans for line/category reviews. Project management with cross-functional teams in execution of shopper marketing programs within budget and timelines for all trade channels Manage and support the selling process in conjunction with Sales including communication and materials, coordinating deliverables timelines to ensure Sales team is fully equipped for successful sell-in In collaboration with Events/Trade Show coordinator, take lead in project management in executing trade show booth, and virtual sales show, initiatives to ensure whole brand representation is effectively communicated in addition to providing virtual resources and videos Help identify new and innovative ways to target desired customer base and changes within the environment for future opportunities and act with urgency Salsify project manager allowing our brands syndication for in-store as well as online across entire indirect selling process Collaborate with Director in creation of design and launch web based educational videos for training in addition to selling, resulting in an increase in brand awareness in all categories Emphasis on budgetary discipline, best practices in alignment with SOX, and learning You have: 3-5 years marketing experience (CPG, Apparel, Equipment) & retail mathematics familiarity Entrepreneurial approach towards setting and achieving goals; precision and accountability in all aspects of work with customers and the company’s management team Consultative approach to strategic & executional marketing; problem-solving & process improvement Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal and team skills Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills Ability to develop and deliver presentations to all levels of stakeholders; internal & external Ideally, you will have an understanding of the sporting goods or outdoor industry to complement your traditional business knowledge.
