Regional Sales Manager - Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana

Company Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales Manager We’re seeking a motivated individual to drive sales growth, manage critical accounts, and cultivate new business opportunities across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. If you excel at acquiring and retaining accounts through activity, persuasion, and follow-up, we want to talk to you. Whether you have experience in the automotive industry or work in Detail, Tint, or PPF (Paint Protection Film), we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet regional targets. Identify and capitalize on new business prospects within the designated territory. Cultivate enduring relationships with key accounts and clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Analyze sales data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and execute successful strategies. Provide regular reports on sales activities, market dynamics, and competitor insights.

Experience: Demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, and sales. Proficient in managing regional travel requirements and addressing customer needs. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous. Exceptional customer service acumen.
