Job Description

VersaDesk is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can contribute to developing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations
  • Manage and update the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and HubSpot
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
 

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms)
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles is a plus
