Job Description: Job Description Summary: This job is responsible for designing, building and establishing the Standard Process Inventory across the Employee Experience Technology Organization. The goal of the enterprise standard process inventory is to ensure all technology work and policies is aligned and managed through processes, controls and metrics. Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for technology teams in the design of custom and common processes, working with teams to manage process controls and metrics and ensuring that all metrics are performing or have mitigation plans to remediate. Job expectations include leading routines and maturing our technology teams integration of custom and common Global Technology processes and validating and continuously monitoring enterprise controls and metrics to effectively manage all work. This role is responsible for continuing to build the standard process inventory (SPI) and governance within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) team of the Employee Experience Technology (EET) organization within Global Technology. Ensuring that all key processes are properly captured with performance metrics is vital to managing risk effectively as it is the backbone of everything we do to deliver for our all of internal employees. EET provides all internal technology products to all global employees and staff support technology across the Global Human Resources, Chief Administration Office, Audit and Legal line of business. We are looking for an employee that can establish new processes across an entire organization, govern the metrics and control results, coach teams on the value and strategy, and develop mitigation plans if required to increase overall enterprise value. This role is in a dynamic environment, will need to build strong partnerships with many employees throughout the organization and have an executive presence throughout Global Technology. Required Skills

Knowledge of the global technology standard process inventory systems and expectations. Ability to question and document different process and align metrics as needed. Ability to lead work in a fragmented environment often with tight timelines and expectations. Strong executive presentation ability to present to all levels of the organization. Well organized and excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work . Seven steps to a successful interview 1. Anticipate –Put yourself in the interviewer's position. What do you believe the interviewer is most interested in? Why do you think you have been invited to interview? 2. Research –What are the primary functions of the line of business? What are the success factors for the job? Is there a job description available? 3. Assess –Think about your skills, abilities, knowledge, interests, traits, values and accomplishments. Match them to what you know about the job. Consider which ones you should highlight. 4. Prepare Answers –Think about what the interviewer may ask, determine what the best answer is and write it down. 5. Prepare Questions – Interviewing is a two-way street. By asking thoughtful questions, you communicate your interest and learn a lot about the job. Choose two or three questions to ask your interviewer.
