Position Summary: The International Marketing Intern will support in all aspects of the International Marketing Department. This person will assist in the scope, review, and management, of the department's Legal Transactions. Administrate any of the department's processes, review, and support managers or team members with miscellaneous administrative tasks and research. This role requires someone that is a self-starter with a high level of organization, strong communication skills,strong business sense, and ability to work as a team.Essential Job Functions: Help maintain and optimize the teams shared Documents such as the global Consumer Promotion Tracker, Promotional Calendar, misc Internal Request Forms, or the creation of Documents or Forms if the need arises.Act as Intake on new Consumer Promotion Requests and review for completeness.Follow up with Local Teams to retrieve missing requirements from approved Consumer Promotion Request Forms.Assist in the creation or the review and assignment of the department's legal requests through the company's contract lifecycle management system (Conga).Create, maintain, export and analyze reports out of Conga and deliver findings in detailed, accurate, and in a comprehensive manner.Position Requirements: Must be focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work independently and without direct supervision.Ability to think critically and creatively, and able to clearly present new ideas.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Pay Rate: $16/hrEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
