Position Summary
Assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse. Position responsibilities include ensuring continuity of patient care, serving as a resource for subordinate staff, facilitating problem solving, assisting with Quality Improvement Activities, staff education and assuring compliance with established policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.
Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
Required Licenses [Arizona, United States] Registered NurseValid registered nurse license in State of Arizonaorvalid multistate license from a recognized compact state acceptable to Arizona
*Required Certifications Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) PreferredModerate Sedation required within 90 daysAPEX Training within 90 days*
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (if employee has ACLS, BLS is NOT required)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart AssociationPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association
