REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in ADP Workforce
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced growing company without continuous supervision.
Excellent communications skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Unquestionable workplace ethics.
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Minimum of five (5) years working as an HR Generalist.
PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred, but not required.

JOB OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary liaison for team members regarding human resources inquiries, workplace matters, and employee issues.
Collaborate with hiring managers to manage the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs to conducting interviews, and overseeing pre-employment screenings. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards during onboarding.
Handle administrative duties throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding. Maintain accurate data in HRIS and conduct audits for compliance.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation and benefits.
Update HR policies and procedures to comply with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee the Leave of Absence process, tracking leaves and managing insurance premiums during unpaid leave.
Generate HR metric reports on a weekly or monthly basis, providing valuable insights into HR-related data.
Conduct impartial investigations in response to workplace issues to achieve fair resolutions.
Collect and analyze data on key HR metrics such as time to hire and turnover rates.
Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and programs, implementing necessary changes to enhance skills development.
Support initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and morale.
Participate actively in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the development and enhancement of HR programs and processes
