Our organization is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. Your role as Business Intelligence Analyst will be to develop and manage our Demand forecast and Supply planning strategies. You will be a data-driven individual who contributes to guiding the organization toward growth through effective planning, execution, and management of the demand and supply plan. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and collaborate with other department, and functional leaders to ensure the company’s strategies and priorities are executed.

A successful candidate will have demonstrated the capabilities listed below:

Helps develop and maintain sales forecasts for North America retail channels using sell-through data, market trends, promotional activity, and media activation. Collaborates on global omni-channel forecasts, including Wholesale, Club Business, E-Commerce, and international markets. Coordinates initial forecasts and supply with the New Product Development group to ensure successful product launches. Monitor innovation sales trends to ensure adequate supply without overstock inventory. Presents consolidated forecasts in a monthly Demand Review, highlighting opportunities and risks to ensure alignment with financial forecasts. Monitors SKU performance and provide recommendations to the Sales/Marketing teams for SKU rationalization (discontinuation) of slow-moving items. Works closely with different departments to understand and transform data into meaningful business insights. Strong cross-functional partner to the Sales. Finance, Operation, and Marketing teams. Completes special projects and assignments as required, including participation in creating Business Intelligence Dashboards, ADHOC reporting and funnels data streams into one source of truth. Be an active champion and protector of the company’s culture. Needs to be a strong advocate for change and be a change agent with positive energy and motivation.

Requirements

Requires any combination of education or experience equivalent to bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline. Prefer 1-2 years’ experience as a demand planner (or similar role).

Have thorough experience working in Excel at an advanced level (formulas, data analysis). Proficiency in PowerBI is a supportive skillset for the role. Be hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, accurate and have strong multi-tasking skills. Previous background in Demand planning preferred. Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and solve problems. Requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner. Should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact professionally with internal and external customers, with great customer service.
