Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a

Senior HR Business Partner

who will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. We are looking for a motivated partner across the HR function to deliver a value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

What you will do:

Manage talent headcount and conduct recruiting activities for North America and Canada team.
Consult with management and provide HR guidance as appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, legal risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to front-line managers (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Building and maintaining positive relationship with leadership (including Group Leadership Team), employees, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and application of HR strategies and practices.
Works closely with management and employees to improve working relationships and increase productivity and retention.
Identify root causes and conduct relevant data analysis in order to propose both short-term and long-term interventions and solutions.
Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.

Your main skills:

Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or related field required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
7+ years of experience in similar HR and Business Partnering roles, preferably in a start-up environment and in an international setting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and maintain an organized workspace.
Proficient with office software such as Outlook, Office365, etc.
Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of effective conflict resolution.
Ability to understand, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, policies, regulations and guidelines.
