Responsibilities

This position requires the ability to capably perform the functions of entry-level accounts and to take on certain more complex tasks. The accountant will perform a wide variety of diversified accounting and tax assignments under the supervision of different professionals. Performance is judged based on the quality of work, application of accounting knowledge, and ability to meet time constraints.

Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements under the guidance of senior team members.

Gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries, contributing to the preparation of financial statements, workpapers, and other audit documentation.

Develop a strong understanding of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.

Collaborate with team members to identify and communicate potential audit issues.

Participate in client meetings and discussions, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

CPA eligibility or intention to pursue CPA certification is a plus.
