Summary:
Our PE backed, growing client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. The Finance Manager is responsible for performing advanced analytics and reporting for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial models and analyses to aid leadership in data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in executing strategic alternatives, including growth projects and acquisitions.
  • Provide research, analytical support, and ad-hoc reports from various business areas.
  • Produce executive operational KPI reports and work closely with the operations team to communicate financial data.

Additional Duties:
  • Develop internal materials evaluating business and capital market trends, and financial impacts.
  • Review and improve FP&A processes and systems, driving change initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed financial projections for large projects.
  • Compile raw data to identify trends and explain performance.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with a data visualization tool is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • 4-7 years of financial analysis experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
