What you will be working on: Customer Expansion Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize customer expansion campaigns to increase product adoption and customer lifetime value. Create engaging referral campaigns to motivate customer participation. Track and report on the success of referral programs. Customer Reviews: Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews across various review platforms. Respond to customer reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Analyze review data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer experience. Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics related to customer marketing activities.
