POSITION SUMMARY:
A Bilingual Payroll Representative primarily assists staff with field payroll issues. A Bilingual Payroll Representative is responsible for the processing of accurate weekly payroll and payment of wages. The Bilingual Payroll Representative performs a wide range of clerical functions and administrative duties specifically related finance operations that include, but not limited to areas such as employee payroll and contract/patient billing as assigned by the Administrative Payroll Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Payroll software experience required
* High school graduate; some college credit preferred
* One (1) year work-related experience, preferably in health care and/or home care
* Proficient in HHAeXchange and ADS Software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage confidential information
* Ability to define conflicts and resolve them within a timely manner
* Demonstrates proficiency and reliability when completing assigned tasks
* Proficiency in providing exceptional customer service
* Great attention to detail
