Bilingual Donor Experience Officer (U.S. Remote Eligible) Job Category : Donor RelationsRequisition Number : DONOR001048Apply nowPosted : April 10, 2024Full-TimeLocations Showing 1 locationBirmingham, AL 35210, USADescription HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:As the Donor Experience Officer, youll be responsible for the stewardship and cultivation of donors in the segment defined as mid-level donors. Using data from our CRM and program analytics, youll build strong relationships with donors by phone, email, and other channels to ensure their continued engagement with EWTN content and continued philanthropic support of the work of the Network.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Build 1:1 relationship with a portfolio of mid-level donors, effectively communicating the Networks gratitude and providing donors an opportunity to be heard and to give feedback.Steward mid-level donors using multi-channel communications to include phone, email, handwritten notes, and virtual visits.Occasionally meet with donors in-person for example, to provide a tour of the EWTN campus in Irondale, AL.Maintain awareness of the most critical fundraising needs of the Network and communicate these needs to donors.Maintain awareness of the impact of the Network on the global Church and communicate the impact to donors.Maintain accurate records of donor conversations and record relevant notes in the fundraising software.Collaborate with team members to build workflows that identify mid-level donors requiring cultivation and stewardship.ABOUT YOU:You have 7-10+ years of development, fundraising, or related nonprofit work experience.You are fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.You display exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across mediums, especially through use of phone and video conferencing.You have a proven track record of success in achieving goals and fundraising metrics.You possess a demonstrated knowledge of development/fundraising concepts and techniques, and of gift planning and procedures.You are a practicing Catholic with demonstrated understanding of the faith and EWTNs mission.You have experience handling interpersonal relationships maturely, thoughtfully, and empathetically and are responsible with confidential information.You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.You have a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field of study.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:You have an existing knowledge of and well networked within the Catholic donor community.WHAT YOULL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:We offer a career with purpose Apply your God-given talents, knowing your contributions help advance EWTNs mission of sharing the Gospel with the world.Family-oriented working environment.
