Le contexte du poste

Dans un contexte de croissance du groupe, les HR Business Partner accompagnent les quipes dans leurs problmatiques organisationnelles et humaines au quotidien.

La Direction des Ressources Humaines est compose dune trentaine de collaborateurs-trices, sur des fonctions gnralistes, et des ples d'expertises (Gestion & Dveloppement des comptences, Administration du personnel, relations sociales, recrutement etc)

Sous la responsabilit dune Responsable RH, vous aurez en charge la gestion RH dun primtre denviron 150 personnes rparties sur 4 zones gographiques : le site de Bernin prs de Grenoble, le site de Besanon, ainsi que nos 2 filiales en Belgique et aux US (une quinzaine de collaborateurs pour chacune dentre elles) . Le primtre est compos majoritairement de profils dingnieurs, de chefs de projet et cadres expriments.

En tant que HR Business partner, vous apportez votre soutien nos 3 divisions et leurs Business Unit respectives, nos quipes commerciales, et les fonctions supports telles que les quipes en charge de la stratgie et de la communication.

En quoi consiste le job ?

En troite collaboration avec les directeurs des dpartements et les managers oprationnels, vous comprenez les enjeux business et accompagnez le management dans la prise en compte des enjeux organisationnels et humains.

Vritable point dentre RH auprs des collaborateurs-trices de votre primtre. Vous rpondez lensemble des problmatiques RH quotidiennes en vous appuyant sur l'expertise technique des autres ples RH (la paie, ladministration du personnel, la formation, ).

Votre rle sera notamment :

  • dapporter un support RH : conseil RH, organisationnel, sociaux, lgaux, suivi des entretiens annuels et animation de la politique salariale, veille du climat social, suivi des intgrations, mise en uvre des procdures disciplinaires,
  • danimer la communication RH au sein des quipes : suivi des problmatiques individuelles (dont mdiation), dploiement des communications RH aux managers.
  • danimer les processus de dveloppement des comptences : conseil et accompagnement des managers sur le plan de formation, le plan de promotion, la gestion du recrutement (mobilit interne/internationale et recrutement externe) en lien avec le plan de recrutement et le budget associ, animation des People Review

Au-del de votre primtre et dans un souci doptimisation et defficacit, vous tes amens proposer et contribuer aux volutions des processus et outils RH et participer des projets structurants pour la fonction RH.

Dans un environnement de haute technologie, vous serez plong.e au cur des enjeux business de Soitec

Ce poste rpondra votre projet si vous tes:

Diplme dun Bac+5 avec une spcialisation Ressources Humaines, et / ou Droit Social (Sciences Po, CELSA, CIFFOP, diplme universitaire ou majeur RH en cursus grande cole) vous avez une exprience de plus de 15 ans dans une fonction RH gnraliste dans un contexte industriel et international.

Vous aimez la polyvalence quoffre un poste de RH gnraliste et votre exprience vous a permis de couvrir un large spectre de la fonction RH en France mais aussi linternational, en soutien des postes de cadres expriments.

Vous avez une trs bonne capacit danalyse des situations, vous savez grer plusieurs sujets de front tout en gardant la hauteur ncessaire la prise de dcisions importantes.

Votre got du terrain et votre capacit crer du lien seront des atouts indispensables pour crer la confiance avec vos interlocuteurs.trices internes et pour collaborer efficacement.

Vous savez garder une certaine distance face des situations humaines ou sociales complexes.

De nature curieuse, vous apprciez lexigence de notre environnement technologique.

Vous matrisez langlais aussi bien lcrit et loral et vous avez dj travaill avec des quipes internationales et multi-culturelles.

Ce poste exige des dplacements rguliers en Belgique et Besanon (3 fois par an environ pour chaque site).
