ASML has an outstanding opportunity for a Quality Engineer in our Wilton, Connecticut facility to join our Operational Excellence Quality Team. This engineer will be supporting operations throughout the Wilton facility working with cross sector teams.

We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Role and Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for the following key duties:

Facilitate cross sector teams to implement Statistical Process Control.

Support Root Cause Analysis activities to ensure robust corrective and preventative action.

Perform statistical analysis and reporting to support and maintain SPC.

Coach others in SPC and 6 sigma improvement projects.

Drive prevention strategies through the use of pFMEAs and other tools.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering.

2+ years relevant experience in quality engineering, process controls and design, working in quality, manufacturing and or development engineering.

Experience leading investigations into product and process nonconformances, and facilitating root cause activities.

ASQ-CQE and/or 6 sigma GB or equivalent data driven statistical experience a plus.

Experience leading continuous improvement activities a plus.

Microsoft BI/PowerApps and/or SpotFire experience a plus

Responsibilities (In The Office):
