Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision to ensure the delivery of effective and ethical services.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of clinicians to achieve their highest potential.

- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications for Your Leadership Journey:
- Master's Degree (Preferred): Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- LCSW-C, LMSW, or LCPC Licensure: Hold a current and valid LCSW-C, LMSW, or LCPC license.
- Supervising Experience: Demonstrate at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
- Leadership Skills: Showcase strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
